MS Outlook 2003 error “Interface Not Registered”

Microsoft Word is selected as default email editor in Outlook 2003. When trying to send email “Interface Not Registered” error pops up.

To fix close all MS Office applications and register Ole32.dll by running:
Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll
