Issue
Pervasive SQL services (Pervasive PSQL Relational Engine and Pervasive PSQL Transactional Engine) don't start automatically after server reboot, even though Startup Type was set to Automatic.
Resolution
Issue was resolved by changing services' Startup Type to Automatic (Delayed Start).
