Issue
Trying to save mp4 (H.264) video processed with VideoReDo fails with error "Error setting output options".
Video was originally encoded with Handbrake.
Cause
Issue was caused by variable frame rate. This is an option in Handbrake video encoding settings.
VideoReDo doesn't support variable frame rate therefore saving output fails with the above error.
Resolution
Re-encode video with Hanbrake choosing Constant Framerate
