Issue
Trying to upgrade Logitech BRIO webcam firmware using Logitech firmware update tool fails with "Device not found" message.
Resolution
It seems that there are two versions of this webcam - Logitech BRIO 4K Streaming Edition and Logitech BRIO Pro Edition. They both look exactly the same and Logitech support page only shows a link the Pro Edition download page. Firmware update tool for the Pro Edition will not update Streaming Edition hence the message "Device not found"!
Here is a link to the Logitech BRIO 4K Streaming Edition download page. Firmware update tool from this page updated the firmware with no issues.

I'm a owner of a supose "Logitech BRIO 4K Streaming Edition", why do i need to login/create account to get the firmware?
Just create one account and say no access to the file... ?!?!?!?!??!?!
