Issue
Emails from one particular sender are getting automatically moved to user's MS Outlook RSS Feeds folder. Outlook Rules and Alerts doesn't show any rules.
Resolution
The issue was resolved by starting Outlook with cleanserverrules switch (Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanserverrules).
