Issue
Barclays.Net business corporate banking portal (https://cashmanagement.barclays.net/) doesn’t work. After entering the PIN code in the hardware authenticator, the following error is displayed:
IMPORTANT WARNING - The operating system you are using is not supported for use with this channel. To resume access and in order to comply with your Barclays security obligations it is critical you upgrade to a supported version now. Once completed, access will be automatically restored.
Resolution
The error message was misleading. The issue was caused by an outdated Firefox ESR version and had nothing to do with the Operating System version. Updating to the lasted Firefox ESR release fixed the issue.
